Wave Patch offers practitioner pricing to licensed acupuncturists, chiropractors, physical therapists, and other licensed practitioners who want to offer the patches at their clinic. Apply once, and every order after that is invoiced at practitioner prices.

How it works

  1. Fill out the short application below.
  2. We verify your license and reply within 2 business days.
  3. We send you our practitioner price list and dealer terms.
  4. Place your order and we send an invoice with a secure payment link. Sizes and types can be mixed, and larger orders get lower prices.

Practitioner pricing is for licensed practitioners who sell Wave Patch in person at their clinic. Online resale is not permitted. Wave Patch is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
