1. OVERVIEW

This website, wavepatchglobal.com (the "Site"), is operated by Quantum Wave Technologies LLC, doing business as Wave Patch Global ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. PRODUCTS

Wave Patch products are non-medicated patches for personal use, manufactured by Glorin, Inc. in Korea. We try to display product details, colors, and images as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that your screen displays them exactly, or that product packaging will always match the images shown.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SAFE USE

Wave Patch products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual experiences vary. Content on the Site and our social media channels is for general information only.

Before use, read the product instructions. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or use an implanted electronic medical device. Do not apply to broken, irritated, or sensitive skin. Stop use and consult a healthcare provider if irritation or discomfort occurs. Keep out of reach of children. You are responsible for using the products as directed.

5. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, products, and promotions may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion. If a pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount charged.

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept the order when we ship it. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full payment card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated and charged at checkout.

7. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy posted on the Site. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the order to the carrier.

8. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us or post them on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You confirm that your content is truthful, reflects your own genuine experience, does not infringe anyone's rights, and is not unlawful or misleading. We may remove any content at our discretion. We do not pay for or edit reviews to change their meaning.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum Wave Technologies LLC and its members, managers, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@wavepatchglobal.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
