Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery

• Orders under $50: USPS Ground Advantage, $5.00 flat rate, estimated 3–7 business days
• Orders $50 and over: USPS Ground Advantage, free, estimated 3–7 business days
• Express (any order): $15.00, estimated 1–3 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us immediately at info@wavepatchglobal.com and we will do our best to update it before shipment.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us at info@wavepatchglobal.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
