Where to wear it

• Knees and other hard-working joints. Place patches around the joint, side by side.
• Left side, just below the rib cage. Your stomach sits right beneath the lower left ribs. Place one on the left flank and one or two along the lower edge of the left ribs from the front. Many people find it helpful here when their stomach feels unsettled.
• Right side, just below the rib cage. Your liver sits right beneath the lower right ribs. Place one or two along the lower edge of the right ribs from the front. Many people find it helpful here when they're feeling run down, or the morning after drinking.

How to use

1. Apply to clean, completely dry skin.
2. Use up to 4 patches at a time, placed side by side. Don't overlap or stack them.
3. Wear up to 12 hours, then peel off slowly. Many people make it part of a daily routine.

Using it with Quantum P
On the same spot, put Quantum P right where you want it, and Quantum X next to it or in between.

Good to know

• Drug-free. No medication or active ingredients.
• 3M medical tape. It holds firmly, so peel slowly.
• Trim freely with scissors to fit curved or small areas.
• Single use. Don't reuse.
• Sensitive skin? Try one patch on a small area first. If you notice itching or irritation, remove it and stop use.
• Don't apply to broken or irritated skin.
• Pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, or have an implanted electronic device? Check with your healthcare provider first.

Storage

• Keep unused patches in the original paper envelope, closed.
• Store away from heat, humidity, and phones or other electronics.
• Don't mix different patch types in one envelope.
• Keep out of reach of children.
